Hydrangea paniculata 'Brussels Lace' is a compact deciduous shrub, generally reaching a height of 2 metres. It has long oval dark green leaves held on reddish stems.

In late July it produces lacy cones of white flowers with a pinkish tinge which go on well into autumn. In common with other Hydrangea paniculata cultivars, 'Brussels Lace' prefers a site in partial shade, with a moist, well drained, acid to neutral soil.
